ONE Point Warm-Up Exercises
     
 

Proper warm-up is recommended so that energy will easily flow through your entire body and especially your hands. Maximum energy flow is paramount to both the diagnostic and energy transmission aspects of ONE Point @ Therapy.

Imagine for a moment what your house lights would be like, if a dim switch was always on and the output was only 50%. In electrical terms, this is called resistance. For energy work, resistance can be a reflection of physical, emotional or spiritual blockages. Full intent and centering is also paramount in working with energy.

This discussion will highlight several useful warm-up techniques. These techniques can be practiced several times per day to keep the joints and tissues flexible. Practice these warm-ups very slowly and with the full intention of limbering your tissues.
