Hand Friction Maneuver
     
 

The Hand Friction Maneuver will be the first of the warm-up exercises. As the name implies, this technique is the quick rubbing of the hands together. During the rubbing, concentrate on generating both physical warmth and energetic awakening. Visualize energy flowing throughout your entire body and that concentrated energy is flowing into your hands. Perhaps visualize that you are warming your hands over a fire or image that the color red saturating your hands and fingers.

  • Promotes increased circulation in hands and fingers and entire body.
  • Calms the brain and nervous system
