SOUND: |
|
|
SHHHHHHHH
|
|
|
POSTURE: |
|
|
Step 1.
Sit comfortably with your feet gently resting on the ground and your
back and neck straight. |
|
|
Step 2.
Visualize your liver and smile into it. |
|
 |
Step 3.
While connecting with your liver in your mindsŐ eye, extend your arms
out toward your sides, with your palms facing up. Now, take a deep
breath and slowly raise your arms up over your head from your sides,
forming a beautiful arcing motion. Allow your eyes to also connect
with this arcing motion and energetic awakening. Bring the fingers
together and point your palms toward the sky and continue this motion
by slightly bending and arcing to the left. As this gentle stretching
motion massages your Liver, smile and take several deep breathes.

SOUNDSCAPE: |

Now place both hands over your liver
area. Recalling that the eyes are the opening points of the Liver,
slowly widen the eyes to a comfortable amount. Take a moment to bathe
the eyes with this energetic awakening. Sit for a moment and honor
yourself and any angry feelings that you may be holding on to. Take
a deep breathe and while exhaling, slowly sub-vocally expel the soundscape
SHHHHHHHHHHHHH. This sound is similar to that sound of asking someone
to be quieter or the sound of rustling leaves. The tongue is placed
near the palatte, on the roof of the mouth. Bring full awareness to
the Liver and release pent up anger and judgement. With the next inhalation,
bring in a deep breath of flexibility and acceptance. Imagine a tree
gently swaying and bending in the wind. Complete several times, as
intuitively called for.

POST-SOUNDSCAPE: |
|
|
With the next exhalation,
slowly return your hands, palm facing skyward, to rest comfortably
on your thighs. Take a deep inhalation, close your eyes and smile
once again to your Liver. Now, inaudibly send the SHHHHHHH sound to
your Liver, continuing to release anger and unbalanced judgement with
the exhalation and taking in flexibility and acceptance with the inhalation.
Repeat 6 times.
Cross your right foot over to rest on your left thigh. Using your
right thumb and index finger, grasp the right great toe, with your
index finger on top and your thumb underneath. The
Acceptance Point is on the outer edge of the nail, closest
to the 2nd toe.
Anchor this harmonized Liver energy with the color blue. This process
is best achieved by your active visualization of the color BLUE
saturating The Acceptance Point, as you gently massage it. |
