SOUND:  
  WHOOOOOOO

 
  POSTURE:  
  Step 1. Sit comfortably with your feet gently resting on the ground and your back and neck straight.  
  Step 2. Visualize your Spleen and smile into it.  
  Step 3. While visualizing your Spleen, take both hands and gently place them over the Spleen, which is slightly to the left and beneath the sternum (very close to the heart).

 
  SOUNDSCAPE:  
Recalling that the lips are the opening points of the Spleen, slowly open your lips and pucker them slightly. Take a deep breathe and while exhaling, slowly sub-vocally exhale the soundscape WHOOOOOO. This sound kinesthetically feels like gargling, with the sound originating deep in the throat. Bring full awareness to the Spleen and release pent up worry and over thinking. With the next inhalation, bring in a deep breath of "I can handle it". Complete several times, as intuitively called for.

  POST-SOUNDSCAPE:  
 

With the next exhalation, slowly bring your hands, palm facing skyward, to rest comfortably on your thighs. Take a deep inhalation, close your eyes and smile once again to your Spleen. Now, inaudibly send the WHOOOO soundscape to your Spleen, continuing to release worry and over thinking and bringing in a sense of confidence. Repeat 6 times.

Complete the anchoring of this harmonized Earth energy by visually bathing your Spleen with the color YELLOW while massaging
