Hunger Release Strategy
     
  The Hunger Release Strategy is a comprehensive approach to reducing hunger while energetically "feeding" the physical body and spirit. This process needs to be completed daily, ideally between the hours of 7-9am, when the stomach meridian is a itŐs peak function. Drink plenty of water and enjoy the energetic feeding and balance that this process brings.  
 
Double Induction Technique:
     
  Step 1. Complete the Healing Soundscape technique for the Earth Element. (Next page)  
  Step 2. Cross the right leg over the left knee, such that the ST-36 point on the right extremity is resting on the left kneecap. Now, using the right hand find the right SP-6 point. Massage the SP-6 point in a clockwise direction for 3 minutes, 7 seconds massage, 7 seconds rest. Link your breathing with this process while reciting the affirmation, "I can do it".  
  Step 3. Uncross your legs and complete Step 2. with the other side.  
     
     
  ONE Points:  
     
 
SP-6: Sanyinjiao "Meeting of the 3 Yin"
 
  This point is commonly used in combination with ST-36 and they are both excellent for providing energetic nutrition to the body and spirit. Additionally, this point nourishes the Yin and the blood and is excellent for chronic fatigue and immunological disorders.  
 
Quick Find Location:
This point is one hand width above the tip of the inner anklebone, on the back of the shinbone.
 
     
  ST-36: Zusanli "Leg 3 Li" and "Lower Sea of Qi"  
  This point is excellent for harmonizing the stomach and intestines; smoothes stuck Qi and is very important in governing energies travelling down in the body and in the tonification of Yang energies. Also called Point of Godly Equanimity.  
 
Classical Location:
3 body inches below the lower border of the patella and 1 body inch lateral to the anterior tibial ridge.
